(1) Making the engineering business effective: The Nepal Engineering Council has been established to operate it in a systematic and scientific manner and to register names according to the engineer's qualifications.
(2) The office of the Council will be in Kathmandu Valley.
(3) The Council may establish branch offices or liaison offices at the provincial level as required.
